So finally after waiting longer then usual because my package was among those that were re-routed and stuck in IL for 5 days my August Ipsy bag finally arrived on the 17th.
I have to say Ipsy is pretty much a hit and mis for me so far,My first bag was amazing,My second was not that good,My third bag was pretty good and this one is my 4th bag and it totally sucks.
It's total crap and useless cheap shit.
I got a mascara ( sample size/price unknown but it's tiny)which is not clicked on my quiz but everyone got it so fine,i understand that.
I got a Micheal Todd pumpkin facial mask (great size sample/price unknown) which I was excited for and really wanted to try until I found out it wasn't for sensitive skin so that's useless to me,I received a freaking cherry flavored lip balm (Full size/$3.99),I HATE flavored lip balm except for mint so again useless,a Mica eye shadow in bronze (Full size/14.99) which is nice but I HATE loose pigments and have way to many already and even some in the same exact color so that's useless,and lastly a super bright pink cheek stain (full size/2.99) which i will not be using.It's very bright and i prefer powder blush.
The only thing i liked this month was the actual bag the products arrived in.It's good material and well made.
So to sum it all up this months bag not only arrived late but was a total disappointment. Ipsy needs to get there shit together and actually attempt to use the damn Ipsymatch feature and seriously improve their customer service because it sucks,really it's awful.
I don't understand why an established company such as Ipsy has no contact phone number,Honestly that pisses me because the only way you can contact them is through email and we all know how that goes you can email them as many times as you want but you still have to wait for a reply and that can days or even weeks.
I'm sorry to the brands that were included in this months bag,or at least in my bag,I don't mean to be rude or nasty by calling your products crap but that is just opinion.When products are poorly made or are cheap looking/feeling or the packaging is very cheaply made that is how i see them.
I am always 100% honest about what i like and what i don't like.

For those of you that read this and don't like what i have said,To bad.I have every right to voice my thoughts and opinions for a service that I pay for every month.Nothing is given to me for free.I pay for my subscription like everyone else and I don't feel that I should just be nice and keep quiet if i'm unhappy,also I think it would be wrong if i didn't like products or was unhappy with a service and then just lied and said "o yeah it's great,i love you ipsy,your great,everything is great" ummm no.That is just not me.It's better to honest and say how I feel. If i'm unhappy with something or someone, I will complain and make sure my voice is heard.As a paying customer that is my right.
